Scientific basis and principles of modular student learning

The purpose of this work is the analysis and substantiation of the scientific foundations and principles of modification of the design — modular system of education in universities of various fields. Pedagogical technology in the form of modular training of students in technological and technical universities is economically viable, since it does not require additional material costs. It allows in the shortest possible time to change the course of the educational process and contributes to the increase in attendance and academic performance and to conduct an objective assessment of the individual indicators of the current and final ranking of students.
