Abstract
This paper highlights the impact of a co-teaching approach in student teaching. The purpose of this study was examine how teachers understand their experiences in co-taught classrooms as they work to meet the needs of all students. This included examining their perspectives about the co-teaching model and relationships that are formed between co-teachers. The main question to be addressed in this research study is: How is co-teaching being implemented? The sub-questions are (I) What are perceptions of teachers? (II) What problems are encountered? (III) What factors are needed to ensure success of co-teaching? Research design and methodology for this research was conducted using a qualitative approach. The findings of this research presented to deliver co-teaching practice.
