Abstract
Endometrial stromal sarcoma is a rare malignant endometrial tumour that can present as benign leiomyoma. 50 years old nulliparous woman presented with complaints of menorrhagia for past two months and total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oopherectomy was done. Histopathological examination revealed endometrial stromal sarcoma. We report this case for its rarity and typical clinical presentation.
