Learning Content Management System (LCMS) could be a tool that may support teaching and learning. If the establishment provides a decent LCMS, the lecturer and students will access it which might curtail the challenges in making ready lectures and therefore the problems related to students' physical presence within the school rooms. The forthrightness of some systems permits users to regulate the potentials that the LCMS provides to its users and to feature the educational content, resources, and technologies that most accurately fit users' desires. This paper focusses on the collective implementation of LCMS in teaching and concerning the assorted challenges featured in higher instructional establishments.
