Abstract
This research paper explores the way in which training played an important role in creating oppurtunities for faculty members in the marine educational institutionss. The research addresss training emerged as a significant force for negotiating obstacles commonly experienced by the higher marine educational institutionss. For this purpose data is collected from 60 respondents by administration of questionnaire base on stratified random sampling and collected data is analysed with the help of statistical package for social sciences using the person statistical tools like chisquare and anova were used to test the hypotheses formulated in the study.
