Abstract
Raman and I-V study on two dimensional macroscopic surface of hydrogenated diamond like carbon, look like a single electron transistor at room temperature on the large area two-dimensional surface of hydrogenated diamond like carbon are described in the present paper. The measured results are consistent with theoretical prediction in the literatures.
