Abstract
Agave sisal is widely used as natural fiber composite manufacture. To improve the mechanical properties of natural fiber-reinforced composites can be added filler. The Filler used in this research is limestone. This study aims to determine the size of limestone powder as filler to tensile strength on polyester fiber-reinforced Agave sisal composites. Limestone size variations as a filler of polyester fiber AS-reinforced composite effect on tensile strength. Optimum filler size for 150 mesh size (μ) variation with the highest tensile strength of 22.22 N / mm2
