Abstract
GDP of our nation have significantly influenced through direct gross output of country. Productivity is a continuous process of an industry with an aim to achieve the success. Corporate depends only on young generations for competency and sustainable growth. In spite of that, there is a mandatory support required from the senior employees of an organization. More experience will give knowledge in terms of result. But practically, there is a less significant understanding between elder and the younger generation. Egoistic characteristics restrict them due to least coordination and directly affect the productivity and growth of an organization. Social set-up and legislative measures, labour unions and laws are favourable to the permanent employees. But in this modern world, compulsory updating and hard is required to proof themselves. Core industries are continuously providing different employment opportunities in its manufacturing process by employing skilled workers to the right post. Since, Pharmaceutical industries are more scientific, technological advancements are continuously being encouraged the entities to involve them in new ventures of different product. In this present century, serious diseases, malnutritious products numerous companies upcoming to fulfil the needs and wants of the domestic and international customers by manufacturing of different drugs and chemicals. But labor related issues always exist in all industries in different dimensions. Therefore, a researcher made an attempt to undergo her research work through empirical analysis of “Productivity of Senior employees – A case study with reference to selected pharmaceutical industries”.
