EVALUATION OF THE SAFETY OF GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT POTENTIAL GAS LEAKAGE FROM GAS PIPELINES OF HIGH AND MEDIUM PRESSURE

The paper highlights the role of the gas industry in Russia in the current economic situation; the types of ground pipelines damage are regarded. It has been developed an algorithm for solving the problem of determining gas emissions and leakage in case of damage in order to determine the site of the accident and fix it as quickly as possible.
