Abstract
In the current global scenario, recruitment policy outline needs a goal of an organization and explains how it can be achieved. The human recruitment policies vary from every organization based on their requirements. Most of the successful organization give an importance to each point right from the needs of staff, recruitment budget, how to find the new employees, ways to measure the results and to find the policy working conditions. The aim of this research is to study and find the right recruitment policies should be implemented in every business, manufacturing and health care organizations.
