A STUDY ON ORGANISATIONAL ROLE STRESS IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY IN VELLORE

Abstract
Stress free job is very difficult in now a day. Every human is being affected stress due to various reasons. They faced huge pressure and anxiety because of their work. Employees working in automotive sector also face more stress. This paper tries to analyze the different levels of ORS between the employees working in automotive sector in Vellore City. The researcher had taken a sample of 120 employees for the study. Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies were taken for this study. Simple random sampling was used. The result of the study said that Tier 1company employees suffer more stress due to not get expected role and responsibilities. Tier 2 company employees struggled by role conflict.
