Abstract
In this paper author try to explore problems of criminal liability
for impeding legal entrepreneurship, This principle guarantees the right of each citizen to own property and engage in business activities and this constitutional norm is supported by the law ‘On guarantees of the freedom of entrepreneurship', the main functions of which are to provide guarantees and proper environment for free participation and interests of citizens in business activities.
