THE ROLE OF NETWORK INTERACTION IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE ENGINEERS

Abstract
In the context of Russia's integration into the global world economy, one of the leading directions in the development of the scientific and technological complex is the design of the process of training engineering and technical personnel based on the interaction of educational organizations that implement network forms of educational programs and social partners in the person of potential employers that combine theoretical training with the passage of practice in production. The purpose of the research is to confirm the effectiveness of the use of network forms of interaction between educational organizations and social partners with the justification of the pedagogical conditions for their implementation in the vocational education system for the training of future engineers. The author carried out research of network interaction of employers and students, future engineers, defined goals, tasks and role of social partners in the stages of training specialists. To determine the readiness of future engineers for professional activities, an analysis of the levels for each criterion was carried out. In the control group, the process of vocational training in the university was carried out within the framework of traditional training, and in the students of experimental groups the educational process was carried out with the implementation of the allocated pedagogical conditions. The results of the intermediate cutoff allowed us to state a positive dynamics of the change in the results obtained. The carried out approbation of the created certain pedagogical conditions for the professional training of future engineers allowed to determine the main aspects of the professional training of future engineers: the use of networking opportunities between educational organizations and social partners at the stages of professional training of future engineers; application of modern pedagogical technologies (modular training, project method, interactive training); scientific and methodical support of professional training of future engineers on the basis of network interaction of educational organizations and social partners. The main ways of practical application of the results can affect the further activity of training specialists of technical universities in general.
