ENSURING THE SAFE EXPLOTIATION OF OBJECTS OF TRUNKING GAS TRANSPORTATION DUE TO THE RAPID RESPONSE OF WORKERS GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY

The article deals with the assessment of professionally important qualities of gas transmission company personnel. The high level of damage from emergency situations as a result of accidents at gas trunk pipeline facilities determines the necessity to develop new approaches for planning actions for rapid response of personnel in case of accidents. The relationship between the professionally important qualities of the staff and the scale of the accident consequences is determined. In case of rapid response of personnel, gas losses are reduced by about 14%. The article presents a brief description of the questionnaire of Lipman, which has a unidirectional vector scale, proof-reading test with letters, technique for the diagnosis emotional stability of Eysenck, mental stability, the test for the diagnosis of behavioral style in a conflict situation of K. Thomas.
