Legal adjusting of on-line-casino as type of gambling business in ukraine and the world

In a scientific article, the authors investigated the problems of legal regulation of online casinos and the reasons for the rapid development of this phenomenon. The system analysis of national and international legislation, examples of sentences of Ukrainian courts under Art. 203-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for criminal liability for playing gambling, in particular, organizing and providing access to online casinos. Due to a thorough generalization of the practice of regulating online gambling in foreign countries, it is indicated that it is advisable to legalize with subsequent detailed regulation and exercise of control over the activities of the organizers and online casinos
