Some issues of home arrest as a precautionary measure

Some issues of home arrest as a precautionary measure for a suspect or accused have been analyzed. The author notes the imperfection of the legislation of Ukraine in solving this problem and considers ways of its solution, namely: supplementing the CPC of conduct with regard to home arrest, in particular restrictions, prohibitions; as an exception, in case of an urgent need to provide a legitimate opportunity for a suspect or accused to temporarily violate them; assignment of liability (fine, remand in custody) for violating the obligations imposed on him by a suspect or accused, etc.
