Technologies of self-management as an important factor in the development of creative potential of the heads of institutions of vocational and technical education

The article deals with the problem of the development of creative potential of the heads of institutions of vocational education in the conditions of postgraduate pedagogical education through the introduction of self-management technology in the activities of the heads of institutions of vocational education. The essence and significance of creativity of the heads of institutions of vocational education is analyzed. The role of self-management technologies in the development of creative potential of the heads of institutions of vocational education in the conditions of postgraduate pedagogical education: the technology of determining the matching of long-term goals and day-to-day tasks; self-actualization, self-organization, self-analysis, self-education and self-control technology.
