Recommendations on the safe use of information technologies

The article substantiates and describes the main diseases that may occur at misuse of modern informational communicative technologies, namely: hypodynamia, visual disturbance, concentration of attention, hand and neck load, influence on central nervous system, psychological aspect, nutritional problems.The recommendations on the safe use of information technology by a person in the modern information society for children, preschoolers, adolescents depending on the leading type of activity are presented in the following article. It is concluded that the beginning of the development of information competence can be done in an early childhood, when the child enters the Internet environment.
