ATTITUDE TO APPEALS OF PHYSICAL AND LEGAL PERSONS DURING THE TIME OF AMIR TEMURA'S BOARD

The article is devoted to the issues of legal and historical analysis of relations to the appeals of individuals and legal entities during the reign of Amir Temur. The author reveals the tasks, slogans, forms and types of activity of the state system to consider appeals. Particular attention is drawn to the legal basis and political and historical basis for the functioning of the state apparatus. Based on the study, the author proposes to highlight the legal-historical method of regulating the issue on the appeals of individuals, formulating the main characteristics of historical and legal analysis, which constitute a legal-historical method.
