Abstract
The clinical laboratory is responsible for analyzing patient specimens in order to provide information leading to accurate diagnosis of disease and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy. Spectrophotomerty technique consider as a common method used in chemistry analysis of patient's samples such as blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and other fluids to perform measurements of various clinically important substances they contain. The great potential of spectroscopy enabling the basis for many of the instruments used in clinical chemistry to determine biological compounds. The essential reasons for this; are ease of measurement, satisfactory accuracy and precision, and the suitability of spectrophotometric techniques to use in automated instruments in clinical laboratory.
