Abstract

The use of pathogenetically based rehabilitation complexes allows to reduce the intensity of focal neurological symptoms and the degree of cognitive disorders, improve cerebral hemodynamics, tone-strength characteristics of paretic muscles. Along with this, the use of the rehabilitation complex, including electrophoresis of nicotinic acid, positively affects the rheological parameters of the blood and the lipid peroxidation parameters, which contributes to the prevention of recurrent stroke. The socio-economic effectiveness of the use of integrated rehabilitation technology in the period of the consequences of ischemic stroke is to increase the activity of the patients' daily life, bringing their quality of life closer to the pre-insult level.
