Abstract
The article presents and proves lingvodidactic model of teaching foreign scientific written speech to masters. The components of the structure such as learning goals, elements of subject learning, content components, teaching methods and learning outcomes control, are implemented in three stages: lingvo communicative stage, training speaking stage, and professional speaking stage. The authors prove the appropriateness of English pedagogical original sources study and analysis in order to develop final scientific speech skills when proceeding from linguistically and semantically simplest to more complex texts.
