Abstract
This article examines the literature in which the attention is paid to the basics of designing of the modern food service establishments in Ukraine .There are also highlighted the labors, where the authors give a description of the features on art in the food service establishments’design. An important aspect of this material is also a review of the literature on the creation of art image in the environmental design. Also the literature, which disrupted the problem of key factors influencing the formation of the subject - the space environment.
