Abstract
The article presents a view on one of the most important aspects of human resources management in education – the possibility of increasing the motivation of self-improvement among teachers. The main motiva- tional components of activity of teachers of SPO (College of Information and Industrial Technologies (it Col- lege)) are revealed. An attempt is made to manage the motivational component of successful professional devel- opment, through its actualization in the process of using training sessions, developed taking into account the identified professional characteristics of the personnel of the education system
