Abstract
EDF - Afterburner is the combination of two sources that is electric and jet power. In this paper EDF- Afterburner test rig is fabricated to measure parameters of EDF- Afterburner such as Thrust, Pressure after compression, combustion chamber temperature, Nozzle temperature, mass flow rate of fuel and mass flow rate of air. Calculation had been done for theoretical values and compared with the experimental values and graph is made between various parameters such as RPM, Pressure, combustion chamber temperature, Nozzle temperature, Thrust and mass flow rate of air. The experimental technique and future works was discussed.
