THE UTILIZATION OF INFORMATION SYSTEM MODEL FOR ASSESSING DIGITAL SERVICES

In recently, most of the local government in Iraq sought to implement e-government services to keep pace with current development in the region. However, without measuring any IS initiative pre or post-implementation the rate of the failure will be high. From this reason, the current paper aims to evaluate the success of the electronic government project in local government from perspective of IS Success Model. The findings of the current study will be crucial for many stakeholders. In regard to the local government, it will know the level of the user's satisfaction for the present services that provide by current local government to their citizens.
