Abstract
The RDE purification system has been designed. This paper briefly introduces the main design concept and function of the RDE's Helium Purification System and Cryogenic Unit design specification. The helium composition, purification rate, extraction point, unit operation, water ingress mitigation, purification process of RDE and its special unit are described in this paper.
