Abstract
Stress for Mechanical engineering comes in different forms and it affects the mind, body and soul. Mainly it comes out from heavy work schedule or due to hectic work pressure. Conflicts with family members, supervisors, and coworkers are major causes of stress. The main objective of this study is to identify on stress factors among Mechanical Engineering in Chennai. This study aims at finding the personal and organizational stress. The researchers had selected 48 samples through simple random sampling method for this study. Descriptive design was adopted since the study aims at finding related facts. Data was collected through questionnaire method. The study revealed different level of stress of the respondents.
