Abstract
The authors demonstrate that the load created by large water-storage reservoirs leads to the change in regional balance, which, in turn, increases the area of active influence. A deflection radius is up to 80 km, and amplitude is 200 mm, which brings about changes in the stress-strain state and is the cause of the seismic events being observed.
