PROBLEM OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST AT THE MUNICIPAL LEVEL AND THE WAY OF ITS SOLUTION

The main causes for the conflict of interests at the level of municipalities are considered in the article. Authors carried out the analysis of a modern situation, in particular a corruption component, in local authorities of the Russian Federation and measures for the solution of the revealed problems are suggested. Efficiency of creation in munici-palities of the commissions on clearing of conflict of interest is considered and measures for improvement and addition of regulatory framework in the studied sphere are offered.
