Abstract
Cells are exposed to various stresses on lifespan. The cell reacts in two ways to long-term stress. One is cell senescence and the other is tumor cell. The gene expression pattern changes in both the process of normal cells leading to cell senescence or cancer cells. miRNAs play a leading role in changes in gene expression patterns. In near future, miRNA ATLAS will give us a great deal of hints for treating the disease. Recent miRNAs have emerged as a central theme in recent medical research.
