THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF A NUMBER OF NOTIONS SIMILAR IN THE MEANING TO THE CONCEPT "FOREIGN TRADE TRANSACTION" (TAKING INTO ACCOUNT LEGISLATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN AND THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN)

The comparative analysis for more in-depth study of concept of the external economic transaction between numbers of the concepts similar on the contents to the concept "foreign economic transaction" is made in the article. Such con-cepts, as "foreign trade activity", "foreign economic activity", "foreign economic transaction", "foreign trade trans-action", "international commercial contract" are defined. According to the analysis of various points of view and definitions, it is possible to conclude that the concepts "foreign economic transaction" and "foreign trade transaction" are quintessential identical. The foreign trade transaction is often identified with the foreign trade contract. Besides, in world trade practice the term "contract" is used.
