Abstract
In the conditions of the increasing competition, the problem of resource-saving becomes even more actual. Now there is a necessity of creation of prerequisites for transition from raw model of development of Kazakhstan economy to innovative, resource-saving model of economic growth and a sustainable development in average and long-term prospect.
