Abstract
Formation and development of private international law as a branch of the law of the Republic of Tajikistan can be subdivided into two stages: 1) before following independence as a part of the Union State; 2) from the moment of following independence. According to tendencies of world economic development and globalization of the international economic system the Iranian management takes steps for further integration of IRI into world economic structures, including the WTO, for consolidating positions of Iran in the international financial and trade markets.
