WEBOMETRIC AND TECHNOLOGY ANALYSIS OF JOURNAL OF INEQUALITIES AND APPLICATIONS

The Open Access scholarly journals have significantly improved their publishing standards and have gained much popularity and recognition amongst researchers. The high impact factors, usage and approval by the academicians, making these publications entitled for the inclusion in the reputed international databases. The current study conducts a webometric analysis of one of the prominent open access journals in the subject of mathematics, titled ‘Journal of Inequalities and Applications'. An effort is made to apply webometric attributes for quantitative and qualitative analysis of website of the journal. The objectives of the study include the web impact factor, revised-web impact factor, link structure and technology analysis of the journal's website.
