Methodological foundations of conservation and management of the environment

The aim of this work is to develop a methodological framework and principles of environmental management for the habitat of living organisms. First of all, on the Kama territorially separate innovation-production center "Innokam" of the Republic of Tatarstan. The need to develop a methodological framework and principles for managing the state of the environment arises from the internal need of Russia's regions as a consumer society. At the same time, the demands of the population still remain in the form of an increase in the quantity of consumed goods. The problems of improving the quality of life of the population are still unsolved at the geographically isolated innovation and production center "Innokam" of the Republic of Tatarstan.
