PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS OF INNOVATIVE ECONOMY IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

The modern market is characterized by fierce competition of innovation, where all participants are aware of a huge impact competent management of intellectual resources on economic growth. Expenditure on research and development is one of the main criteria of innovativeness of the economies of the world and such costs continue to lead the U.S, however, in the next decade, leaders can advance and Asia, primarily China. Development of innovative economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan is largely determined by its financial security and at the initial stage requires substantial government support. The need to develop new technologies and innovation, increasing demand for innovative products in Kazakhstan is a requirement of our time. In this paper analyzes the innovation and development prospects of Kazakhstan's economy.
