Abstract
The homeopathy problem concerning the nature of nonbearing influence of ultralow doses of aqueous liquid of biologically active agents on live organisms is considered. The hypothesis of transfer of structural information of molecules by means of transfer of electric signals at molecular frequency excited by the thermal power is offered. The hypothesis of formation of nanoassociates in aqueous liquid of bioactive molecules on Konovalov's effect is discussed. The model of diffusion of light of aqueous liquid of the bioactive molecules based on conception about the quasifree molecules of water arising in the boundary limits between water connected on the surface of biomolecules and quasicrystalline water is offered.
