Abstract
Cauchy problem for the abstract hyperbolic equations with quasielliptic part when some coefficients are singular, and some coefficients are smooth functions is discussed in the work. The energy estimation for solutions is received. In the power inequality of loss of smoothness of solutions can occur with variables.
