PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE ELECTRIC MECHANICS TECHNIQUES IN TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE COLLEGE

Abstract

Pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future technicians-electricians trained are interpreted as an aggregate of objective, really created circumstances of psychological and pedagogical, educational-methodical and material-technical character which ensure a successful achievement of the goal. According to the results of the study, the main pedagogical conditions are defined, as follows: ‒ the formation of a positive motivation for mastering the future profession; − the elaboration of the content of teaching and methodological support for educational disciplines on the basis of the competence-oriented approach; − the approximation of educational activities to the realities of the future profession through the use of active learning technologies; ‒ strengthening of the role of practical training in order to gain experience for its implementation while performing future professional activities. These conditions facilitate strengthening the competence-oriented direction of training, to improve the level of the teaching and methodological support, to strengthen the motivational role of technology of training in colleges of transport infrastructure.
