EXPERIMENTAL METHODOLOGY OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE FORMATION OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN SOCIONOMIC SPHERE

Abstract
The article deals with the problem covering communicative competence formation of future specialists in socionomic sphere. Their professional activity refers to the type “person-person” and envisages interaction with other people that is conditioned by the necessity to form communicative competence of students as well as professional knowledge and skills. The communicative competence of the future specialists in the socionomic sphere is defined as an integrative personality characteristic based on the complex of knowledge, skills, experience of organizing professional communication and interpersonal interaction on the basis of a constructive dialogue and characterized by speech literacy, the ability to perceive and understand interaction partners, to understand and use elements of the non-verbal communication, analyse their own activities and other people's activities as well as the ability to communicative tolerance, emotional self-control, empathy, prevention and solution of conflicts in professional activity. The aim of the article is to present an experimental methodology for communicative competence formation of the future specialists in the socionomic sphere in the process of professional training. The forming stage of the experiment included checking the effectiveness of the developed structural model for communicative competence formation of students through the phased implementation of pedagogical conditions into the special course «Fundamentals of communicative competence formation of future specialists in the socionomic sphere» as well as into these educational disciplines: «Psychology», «Pedagogy», «Culturology», «Professional Ukrainian language». The information-motivational stage is aimed at deepening students' knowledge concerning the essence of the communicative competence as a necessary professional quality of a specialist in the socionomic sphere during lectures and seminars (debates, discussions, case studies), while performing independent work. The use of the acquired theoretical knowledge was carried out at a practical-oriented stage, the purpose of which was the formation and development by the future specialists in socionomic sphere of practical skills while fulfilling exercises, roleplaying and playing business games, giving presentations, making solutions of pedagogical tasks and conflict situations, interpreting fairy tales in the viewpoint of the future profession, etc. The individual development stage included the help to students in solving their social, psychological, personal problems that hampered the achievement of the desired results in teaching, self-education, communicative interaction, etc. At this stage, group and individual consultations of teachers were carried out, individual trajectories of the future specialists' professional development were developed, individual creative tasks were performed, extracurricular activities were carried out, communication interaction training and emotional self-regulation. The results of the ascertaining and control stages of the pedagogical experiment on the formation of the communicative competence of the future specialists in the socionomic sphere are presented.
