ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES IN RUSSIA AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES

As a result of the implementation of the reform of housing and communal services in Russia there are new forms of housing management, borrowed from the practice of foreign countries. Existing in Russia problems of the introduction of new forms of governance are associated with significant differences in the structure of housing and communal services in Russia and foreign countries, as reflected in the proposed article.
