Abstract
By thermal decomposition penta-kis of tetrahydrofuranate solvated vanadyl complex with (С5Н5)2V=О•(ТНF)5 (1), produced by hydrolysis of bis-cyclopentadienyl of vanadium(III) chloride (С5Н5)2VCl (2) under weak basicity vanadium oxide nanostructured thin films on the surface of metal oxide carrier were produced. It was detected that vanadium oxide thin films with thickness of 45 nm were produced at concentration 0.1 mol/100 ml solvent (ТНF) with capacity of 50 ml of spheric Al2O3 with 5–7µm carrier
