Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to analyse the corporate sustainability performance in the automotive sector with a Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method. Gray Relational Analysis was used as MCDM method in the study and Entropy method was used to determine criteria importance levels. The data of the study were obtained from the 2013-2016 sustainability reports of Otokar. In the analysis part of the study, economic, social and environmental factors affecting the corporate sustainability of the company were analysed according to years. The criteria were selected from the sustainability indicators published in the sustainability report in parallel with the literature. At the end of the analysis, it was found that economic, social and environmental sustainability performances were different in the same years. Economic sustainability In 2014, social sustainability in 2016 and environmental sustainability reached its best performance in 2015. In 2016, corporate sustainability was the most successful year.
