Abstract
One of the key points to ensure sustainable economic growth through the improvement of living standards is the effective use of knowledge, which has become the most important factor in an economic development. Almost all technologically advanced states based on the so-called "smart" economy or knowledge economy that can create millions of jobs, solve social problems, to facilitate access to the skills and knowledge of information, thus create favorable conditions for the development of society as a whole. Obviously, that, the urgent need for a new and innovative education programs in the process of training is due to the current socio-political, economic and cultural situation in the world. This article discusses some of the problems and the basic directions of the organization of educational and methodical work in frame of the modernization of higher education.
