Abstract
The authors of this article consider the priority directions of transformations of system of housing and public utilities on the basis of increase of the welfare and standard of living of the person. Identification of the main directions of reforming of system of housing and public utilities was based on the analysis of public opinion of inhabitants of Stavropol.
