Abstract
The relevance of the use of fruit pastilles in the diet of the population is studied. As a functional product, it was suggested to use fruit pastille enriched with vitamins, nutrients. It has been experimentally established that, in accordance with the recommendations of the technology for the production of pastilles, the acidity and humidity parameters comply with the requirements of the standard.
