Abstract

The article analyzes the peculiarities of formation and development of religious legal consciousness. These processes are considered through the prism of modern secularization and recicellularization processes. It is noted that the complexity of the processes of interaction of legal norms with other social norms lies in the fact that in each case it can be manifested differently. In some cases, these norms can complement each other, and in others - to mutually deny. Thus, the relationship between religion and law is manifested - two normative systems with related characteristics that regulate the life of society in various spheres and interact in different forms in the course of millenia. One of the most interesting results of such coexistence was the emergence of adjacent religious-legal systems - a set of rules that regulate the special sphere of social relations. The specificity of each social regulator, which is the right and religion, allows the most effective coordinated influence on social relations to achieve socially meaningful goals. Law and religion in the process of socio-regulatory regulation are self-sufficient social regulators, the variety of unique properties of which is revealed in their interaction. In modern society, religious values lose their past value of the "sacred image" of the world. Christian positions, even though they have no direct influence on the legal system, even now play a significant role in the right life, because European legal culture was created under the influence of Christianity, the Christian view of the world. Modern European legal systems operate in a social system that has absorbed traditional religious values. The peculiarity of the present stage of the development of the legal system of Ukraine is the need to reflect the traditional and spiritual foundations of the subjects who inhabit the territory of the country, which have been formed for a century. It is the understanding of the traditional, cultural and religious peculiarities of Ukraine and its legal system that will allow us to determine the points of contact of the Ukrainian legal culture and legal cultures of other countries of the world, to formulate the principles of their interaction.
