Abstract
In this paper we developed a marketing strategy of managing the marketing risks for the company PAO Vinter and PJSC Hercules, as well as measures for their reduction. The article suggests the author's interpretation of the concepts of «sales risks» and «analysis of sales risks»; presents practical tools for conducting a comprehensive assessment of sales risks of the enterprise and develops the measures ofreducing their impact.
