Abstract
The article investigated the process of managing the resource potential of state mines, developed a scientifically grounded approach to the assessment of the state of the enterprise with the prospect of subsequent property restructuring, as well as the recommendations on a comprehensive assessment of the economic reliability of each coal mining enterprise from the standpoint of the level of costs on maintaining its capacity potential.
